The Pardeys use a remarkably approachable tone, and even though they pack an impressive list of references - including Sir Peter Blake- they never try to impress you: they simply want you to learn, not gawk.
The knowledge they transmit with such talent is also quite mind blowing and despite decades of sailing I can not wait to go try the techniques they recommend.
